European HERITAGE DAYS

Saturday September 16 and Sunday September 17 from 10 a.m.

Tarif reduced 5 € (adult)

Free up to 18 years old

The 40th European Heritage Days will take place on  September 16 and 17, 2023, on the theme “Living Heritage” and “Sports Heritage”.

The Termes medieval and popular academy association offers, as every year, a visit at a reduced rate for adults and free for children and adolescents up to 18 years old.

The theme of “Living Heritage” allows us to highlight the practices, expressions, knowledge and know-how transmitted from one generation to another, such as the know-how linked to traditional crafts.

This will be an opportunity to present to the public thethe Woodcraft and more particularly the shingles which will be used to cover the roof of the blacksmith's house. Acob workshop will complete the entertainment that will take place in the park.

The medieval festivals of Termes

Saturday August 5 and Sunday August 6 from 10 a.m.

Tarif knight 13 € (adult)

Tarif squire €10 (13 to 18 years old, job seeker, disability, etc.)

Price page €8 (7 to 12 years old)

First weekend of August, an unmissable weekend where Termes relives the moment of two days of its past glory at its medieval peak.

More than 90 participants in costumes, 2 days of festivities, music, tournaments, theater and demonstrations of historical crafts.

The academy continues its ambition to offer you a complete program to the rhythm of humor, poetry and history.New animations are  to discover in 2023, so come and meet artisans, actors, troubadours and other speakers of all kinds!

From Wednesday to Saturday afternoon, the blacksmith awaits you for a medieval blacksmithing demonstration.

On Wednesdays  Kaspiche the king's fool, offers to visit the tower in his own way...

Among the new features, the reconstitution of the charcoal pit from July 7 to 9 and on Thursday afternoons we offer a demonstrative ceramic workshop

At the end of New Year's Eve, a couple from the contemporary world find themselves transported on a sort of "time travel". Manhandled by strange characters straight out of the Middle Ages, this duo finds themselves at the center of parties, dances, and songs punctuated by Carmina Burana. No less than thirty actors and dancers will bring you to life, not only a certain idea of truculence, excess, and madness... but we will also tell you a story of life, love and destinies crossed. There is here the promise of a journey into the unknown - like some of the protagonists of the show - an adventure in the medieval sense of the term to which the Medieval and Popular Academy of Terms invites you.

Egg hunt

Monday April 10 – 3 p.m.

The traditional Tour de Termes egg hunt is back!

For children aged 2 to 11 - Price per child: €3

2000 eggs to find in the tower park, 1 course for the little ones and the rest of the site for the older ones. A snack is offered to the children at the end of the hunt. (Ticket office opens at 2 p.m., hunt starts at 3 p.m. for children and 3:15 p.m. for adults - Tour of the tower offered to young participants and at a reduced rate for accompanying adults)

Saint-Mont, vineyard in celebration

Saturday March 25 and Sunday March 26 - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

La Tour de Termes is once again joining forces with the winegrowers and the  Plaimont to celebrate its vineyard!

The program?

• a visit to the Tower at a reduced rate (€5) and free up to 12 years old

• Grilled Gascon Black Pork meal from 12 p.m. (reservation recommended)

      (in the tower park or the Hall of the Musketeers in case of rain)
